Layout of pump outlet pipeline
According to construction schemes in site,there are three types of outlet pipeline laying for
concrete pump:
11-fig.(1) The outlet pipeline laying
① Straight connection:connect the pump outlet with the conical pipe,then lay pipeline straightly forward．
② U type connection:Join the pump outlet and the conical pipe,then connect a 3m straight pipe and two 90.elbows．
③ L type connection:Join the pump outlet and the conical pipe,then join a straight pipe(3m) and a90.elbow．
Different connection types show different advantage and disadvantage．
For Straight connection,pumping resistance is small,but when pumping to high story, the concrete may flow backwards easily, so this type is suitable to delivery concrete horizontally or downwards．
For U connection,pumping resistance is big,but the concrete doesn't flow backwards easily, so this type is suitable to delivery concrete to great height．
For L connection,pumping resistance is between the two types above,but transverse counter force is big,so the conical pipe should be fastened firmly．
